Are results official results in RaceJoy?
Some races deliver live scored results in RaceJoy. A results button will appear when this is available. The results shown are the official scored results of the race. However, results should be viewed as unofficial for at least the first 24 hours while the race timer adjusts the records as needed.
Note that your GPS timed result is NOT official race timing. RaceJoy's GPS-based progress updates is to be viewed as supplemental information.
My results are wrong. What do I do?
Contact the race directly if you need to have your results adjusted or if they are missing. RaceJoy does not manage the results and simply delivers the data provided by the timer.
Can I post my results to Facebook?
Sure! We suggest taking a picture of the screen and then posting. Also, you can choose to have your progress posted to Facebook or Twitter by going to the Social area of RaceJoy.
