How are cheers sent?
You can send pre-recorded audio cheer clips or custom text-to-cheer messages that are relayed in audio format to the participant. Cheers are delivered within moments of sending. You can send up to 50 cheers per participant per day.
To send a cheer:
- Click on the participant you wish to send the cheer to.
- Click the cheer you wish to send or click Text-to-Cheer and type in your message.
- Click send.
Where can I listen to the cheers I received?
Go to Buzz and Cheers to replay the cheers you’ve received.
Why is it saying I can't send a cheer to my participant?
The participant must have their notifications ON for RaceJoy to receive cheers. Let your participant know you’d like to send them cheers and ask them to go to their phone settings and turn ON Notifications for RaceJoy and at the global Notifications level.
I'm not receiving cheers. What can I do?
Notifications Setting: Check to see if your notifications are ON for RaceJoy. Also, check to see if your global notifications are on for your phone at the top of the screen.
Volume: Make sure your volume for notifications is ON and turned up. If you go to Buzz and see you are receiving cheers, but not hearing them, it is because a volume setting is turned down or off.
