Promotional Kit

RaceJoy can enhance the race day experience for your runners - but only if they remember to use it. The more you spread the work, the higher your usage will be and the more your runners will love your event. At a minimum, we recommend doing the following:

Website: Add Live Tracking section on your site as soon as your race is live in RaceJoy.

Email: Send at least one specific email about tracking being available in RaceJoy. The most optimal time is the week of the race.

Facebook: Post on your race Facebook wall that tracking is available in RaceJoy when your race goes live in RaceJoy and again the week of the race
